Walk - Taylor Square to Woolloomooloo Loop
Overview: Starting at Taylor Square, walk past the old
Darlinghurst Gaol to Darlinghurst Rd. Walk down to the harbour at Woolloomooloo
via William St and Forbes St. Return along Bourke St, Cathedral St,
Crown St and Stanley St to walk through Little Italy. Finally, wind you
way back up the hill via Riley St
to Oxford

arriving back at Taylor Square.
Start at Taylor Square on the corner of Oxford St and Bourke St where
you will find a Growers'
Market every Saturday from 8am to 1pm in front of the old Darlinghurst
Gaol. Walk down Forbes St around the left side of the Gaol for the
first gallery, which is inside this building.

a refreshment break at one of the many eateries and watering holes
nearby: Harry's
Cafe de Wheels is just across the road, old pubs such as the Tilbury,
the Woolloomooloo Bay and Bells Hotels line the waterfront, and many
chic cafes and restaurants operate on the Finger Wharf.
To continue the walk, go back along Cowper Wharf Rd past the Woolloomooloo
Bay Hotel and turn left into Bourke St for the next gallery.
